This role involves the strategic management of specialized recruitment processes within the Oil and Gas sector for CBE Southern Africa. The consultant acts as a trusted partner to clients, identifying and securing high-caliber talent in a competitive, globalized industry.

• - Lead the full recruitment and selection cycle for technical, specialized, and leadership roles;
• - Develop and implement tailored talent attraction strategies, including direct headhunting and confidential searches;
• - Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and sector-specific competencies;
• - Negotiate employment conditions and contractual terms while ensuring clear communication between all parties;
• - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of niche talent, such as engineers and offshore operations professionals;

• - A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field is required;
• - Candidates must possess 7 to 10 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically within the Oil and Gas sector;
