Seeking motivated, energetic, and safety-conscious Scaffolder Helpers to join the construction team at the Afungi site. The successful candidates will assist certified and semi-skilled Scaffolders in handling materials, staging work area components, and supporting the assembly, modification, and dismantling of temporary scaffolding structures. All tasks must strictly comply with project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

• - Material Handling & Transportation: Assist in loading, unloading, sorting, and staging scaffolding components (tubes, couplers, boards, and frames) at designated work sites;
• - Assembly & Dismantling Support: Pass materials and tools to certified Scaffolders, hold components during securing, and assist in erecting and striking temporary scaffolding structures under supervision;
• - Site Preparation & Staging: Keep the ground and elevated work areas organized, clean, and free from slip/trip hazards;
• - Inspection Support: Assist with routine sorting and basic inspections of scaffolding equipment to flag damaged or defective materials before use;
• - HSE Compliance: Adhere strictly to site Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines, including the 100% correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fall arrest equipment when working at height;

• - Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Helper, General Laborer, or Trainee in scaffolding or general construction (preferably in industrial or oil & gas environments);
• - Physical Fitness: Excellent physical stamina, capable of manual heavy lifting, carrying equipment across rough terrain, and working safely at heights in outdoor environments;
• - Communication: Ability to understand and speak basic English to follow safety instructions and daily tool-box talk briefings;
• - Safety Awareness: Solid awareness of site safety practices and willingness to follow safety protocols diligently;
• - Work Ethic: Reliable team player capable of working productively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment;
