The financial manager ensures the economic viability of the organization by planning and controlling budgets to prevent overruns, managing cash flow to ensure payments to suppliers and employees even when client receipts are delayed. They also negotiate financing, assess the risks of new projects, fulfill tax and contractual obligations, and ensure the liquidity and financial sustainability of the organization.

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including;

• • Bank reconciliations;

• Education & Experience;
• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage;
• • Relevant experience in finance or accounting;
• • Experience in retail, distribution, construction materials, or a similar industry is preferred;
• • Fluency in English; Portuguese is highly advantageous;
